 Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate the operations and budget of transportation departments
 Monitoring and measuring utilization of drivers and team's productivity to meet operational demands and business requirements
 Direct the activities of staff in relation to transportation operations including dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles for lease & rental customers
 Plan, develop, and implement transportation health and safety, and security programs and activities
 Ensuring to provide quality replacement vehicles to the lease and rental customers to maintain and focusing on optimum vehicle & drivers utilization
 Develop and communicate transportation policies and procedures
 Monitor operations to ensure that staff comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, union contracts, and government regulations
 Negotiate and authorize contracts, and direct procurement related to transportation operational needs
 Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to transportation activities
 Conduct investigations to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures
 To run and monitor re-registration reports to identify all type of vehicles that require renewals where the validity of their registrations are close to expiry ensuring these vehicles undergo passing
 Monitoring and addressing all external/internal correspondence related to departmental functions, vehicle maintenance, service and quality standards
 Investigate and resolve any customer service issues to ensure customers expectations are exceeded every time
 Contributes to short and long-term organizational planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence
 Monitoring and measuring utilization through individual and team's productivity to meet operational demands and business requirements
 Communicate and initiate HR associated actions and assist in resolving employee related issues and internal conflicts in line with HR policies
