Project: Uniestate Living Bay, Marjan Island. 3 Towers of 13 Storey (G+2P+10F) &3 Towers of 8 Storey (G+2P+8F)
Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing method and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Review documents requirement such as Project Quality Plan, Method Statements, KPIs, etc.
• Inspection of sites activities to ensure that work is in accordance with the Approved Specifications, Method Statements & Inspection Test Plan.
• Reporting site quality issues & inspection status to QAQC Lead via inspection Monthly, weekly and Daily quality reports.
• Conduct formal site QA/QC inspections and QA/QC meetings on weekly basis with Employers Site Management and to ensure recommended remedial actions reports are submitted to Employer.
• Ensuring the conformance of construction works in general with relevant approved drawings, specifications, MSTs, ITPs, quality manuals and schedule Q.
• Perform all daily inspections and tests of the scope required as per the specifications, ITPs, and IFC drawings.
• Inspecting materials and site activities and signing MIRs/WIRs for the inspections done.
• Checking and signing MIRs and WIRs hard copies as well as in Aconex.
• Coordinate with Employers QA/QC Engineer to ensure that Employers QA/QC requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), etc. are achieved at Site.
• Audit Contractors Project Quality Plan, QA/QC Procedures, Site Activities and submits report to Employer and follow-up on Remedial Actions implemented by Contractor.
Project: The Indus Hospital, Lahore
Project Profile: The Indus Hospital is located at Jubilee Town in Lahore. The Hospital is a 600 bed teaching Hospital. It is the first paperless hospital in the country; the hospital has an e-cardiology system. The unique feature of the hospital is that it is privately run, but offers services completely free of charge.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Preparation & Implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants representative and site in-charge for inspection.
Project: Orient Square Hilton Hotel, Lahore
Project Profile: Orient Square is under construction 42 Floors Hotel Tower at Finance and Trade Centre in Johar Town, Lahore. Upon Completion it will be the Tallest Building Of Punjab, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervises Construction Inspectors, ensuring that tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures.
• Monitors and coordinates all contractors activities for assigned area.
• Collaborates with construction management to eliminate any hazards associated with the work that may adversely affect the environment or the safety or health of employees.
• Ensures that personnel of the assigned group engage in safe work practices in compliance with site-specific safety procedures and industry standards.
• Establishes and maintains liaison with the discipline design engineering staff.
• Reviews and interprets discipline design drawings and specifications to ensure current revision level and correct technical execution of the work.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
Project: Improvement, Widening & Up gradation of Jaglot - Skardu Road (S-1)
Project Profile: Improvement, Widening & Up gradation of Jaglot - Skardu Road (S-1) project is under NHA located in Gilgit Baltistan. project is constructed under FIDIC EPC/ Trunkey mode of contracting. It starts from Jaglot town south of Gilgit on the National Highway (N-35) & terminate at Skardu. The 164 km road consist of 20 new bridges, 400 culverts, slope protection galleries, slope protection structures etc. cost of the project is Rs. 31 Billion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assurance of lowest cost in materials and time period under reference of specified standards for the best interest of Project works.
• Assurance of Quality Control material testing related to bridges, Culverts Buildings, Road works.
• Inspection of all asphalt concrete activities such as subbase inspection, base course inspection, primer coat application, binder course, tack coat application, surface/wearing coarse, core test and final inspection of asphalt.
• Quality Control and Testing of Soil, Concrete, Asphalt, Aggregate Base, Course, Sub-Ballast & Ballast.
• Inspection of all excavation, backfilling, and all other earthwork activities such as compaction tests elevations etc.
• Ensure to evaluate laboratory tests results under confirmation of Project specifications and recommended standards obligations.
• Responsible for laboratory testing and inspection of materials and submission of appropriate tests reports and maintenance of lab records for internal or external references or audit point of view.
• Calibration of laboratory equipments, Exploration and testing of barrow areas &
• Testing/blending of granular aggregates mixes for Roads & Railways.
• Supervising /conducting all types of quality tests related to soil, Asphalt Mixes, cement, concrete.
• Supervision of Concrete Batching Plant and Asphalt plant.
• Examine site condition, prepare prior to concreting by checking all its embedded items,
• mechanical discipline and all necessary provision, back-up equipment for concreting operation.
• Reviewing and documenting all the test results related to backfilling and earthwork materials from laboratory as well as field density test reports.
• Monitoring the Progress of Project and Establishing Strong Relationships with Consultant, Sub Contractors and Labor.
