Cabin specifications and development projects on new aircraft entering the Etihad Airways Fleet.
▪ Retrofit projects for aircraft already existing in the fleet in line with the new customer requirements.

▪ Leading project definition and planning, defining budget, scope of work, schedule and acceptance criteria
development.
▪ Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
▪ Project launch and monitoring (Initial Technical Coordination Meetings, Primary Design Review,
Critical Design Review, First Article Inspection, etc.).
▪ Handover Aircraft to operations department and Aircraft enters service (Project Closure).
▪ Key stakeholder in the RFP process. I manage the process of developing the specification documents,
participate in bidder meetings, evaluate proposals, evaluate RFP responses and then make final
recommendations.
▪ Manage expectations with business sponsors and company executives.
▪ Manage cross-functional relationships with emphasis on decision-making.
▪ Provide accurate monthly project status report to Management.
▪ Prepare project status reports as required by the project stakeholders.
