Over a period of 2 months, I have been assigned to various departments in the Dubai Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The positions I held were:
- Attestations - Customer Service representative:
Certifying foreign documents that have been reviewed and verified by national representatives abroad.
- Incoming and Outgoing:
Organizing incoming mail and documents, archiving them into the office database and directing the papers for further processing at their respective destinations.
- Visits:
Preparing the proper hospitality services in anticipation of visits by foreign dignitaries or VIPs. This is achieved by informing the proper facilities beforehand and issuing special permits to the visiting person(s) and their entourage.
Studied various aspects of the humanities and social behavior through the past and present of man.
