- Supporting and working alongside the Client/Account Manager in the recruitment process.
- Knowing clients needs by helping them to find the best candidates in their business while maintaining excellent relationships with them.
- Understand the business portfolio of client like structure of the organization before interviewing candidates to be able to respond to a number of recruitment enquiries from candidates.
- Before doing research for a client, reviewing details from client, job description of vacancy, market comparison and competition of client in the market.
- Sourcing candidates from the databases, referrals, networking, LinkedIn and Headhunting.
- Posting Job Ads on different Social Media websites like Bayt.com, LinkedIn etc.
- Screening lots of potential candidates before recruiting them; getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match.
- Matching the job descriptions to the most appropriate candidates and ensure that all submittals are of the highest caliber and closest fit to the client's needs.
- Conducting telephonic, Zoom / Microsoft Teams & face to face interviews.
- Compiling all details and summaries of candidate’s data after the internal detailed interview, finalizing candidates profile through formatting prior sending to Client/Account Manager.
- Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client and also preparing candidates for interviews by providing detailed information of the company.
- Negotiating the salary between the clients and the candidates.
- Coordinating with the candidates for the offer acceptance and resignation formalities.
- Conducting reference checks and submitting the reports to the client.
- Follow up on the joining date with candidates and clients.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

• Identifying and screening suitable candidates and I have excellent skills over searching Booleans techniques.
• Shortlisted the CVs and Calling the candidates.
• Arranging Interviews and meeting with the respective recruiters.
• Making Passive searches via LinkedIn, Google, Twitter and Facebook etc.
• Maintain Excel Sheets for daily activity performance and for managing different roles.
• Responsible for regular interaction with clients, Understanding the client’s needs and ensuring to get more business from existing clients.
