 Analyze landlord reconciliations of operating expenses & Confirm billing is in accordance with lease terms.
 Provide Previous & Current Financial Information to review business performance & enable to build business plans.
 Assist develop advanced financial models and conduct analysis using various tools and techniques (trend analyses on past financial and operational performance, root cause analyses, analysis of profitability drivers, scenario modelling for future options, project cost benchmarking, etc.)
 Analyze actuals, forecasts, and budgets and prepare analyses for upper management and corporate performance against benchmarks for total retail business.
 Analyze capital spending on projects and make recommendations for approval, rejection, or rework on budget of the project.
 Facilitate one or more corporate wide projects such as cash flow modelling, long-term strategic plan models, or cost cutting initiatives such as rental savings plans.
