• Application Development:
- .NET / C# (Windows Forms, Console, Web - ASP.NET, Windows Services) systems design and development.

- Automation processes development and implementation.
- J2EE Development (Websphere Host Access Transformation Services).
• Application Support:
- Management of vendors for support and development activities.

• ERP/Third Party Systems Integration (Oracle JD-Edwards ERP Sys. / RICS POS / E-commerce Systems) - Web Services Development and Deployment.
• Database design, administration, and manipulation (DB2/MSSQL/MySQL)
• Microsoft SharePoint Services MOSS 2007 & 2010 administration / Workflows Implementation / Microsoft InfoPath forms and development
• Business Intelligence reports development (Cognos BI).
• Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) installation, development, and deployment.
• Maintenance and support for PHP and Flash applications.
• Provide problem analysis and support for IT and networking issues and problems from both provider and user ends (Working on Cisco, Alcatel, and paradyne DSLAMs and Routers / Routers, Switches, and APs Configuration).
• Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone and email and logging issues in a help desk management system.
• Escalate more involved problems to the appropriate team after full analysis.
• Monitor the Core Network/DNS/System status and update daily status reports and shift handover.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the technical escalation team.
