• Reviewing and approve projects drawing, Based on company standard.
• Check and approve project mock-up, to ensure that the contractor able to apply the requested works. (as per company standard)
• Review and approve project time line.
• Held weekly, monthly meetings with all parties (consultant and contractors) to discuss project status & progress.
• Keep the top management’s updated for project status by Writing letters, emails & prepare reports (Arabic & English).
• Following up with all interested parties (contractor and the consultant) to Ensure that the project will finish within the approved time frame - taking inconsideration project quality & budget.
• Daily / weekly Site inspections.
• Attend project quality tests (soil test, concrete test, etc.) Randomly.
• Ensure to handover the property form Construction department to PMD department (property management Department). With all needed documents, drawing and warranties.

• Prepare daily & weekly reports.
• Handover all works (carpentry, steel works, plastering, etc. ) to the consultant before proceeding with the next stage (approved RFI).
• Submit Purchase orders for all needed material (Concrete, steel, woods, tiles, etc.)
• Arrange between all interested parties in the company to ensure that the project running smoothly.
• Review and approve project invoices.
• Attend all project quality tests (soil test, concrete test, etc.).

• Arrange for internal water test for the project before proceeding with the handover process.
• Handover the water proofing works to the concerned Department (consultant, owner).
• Check, review & approve material delivery.
