• Lead, plan and manage the implementation of the Digital Transformation in Education project (ICT4E - ICT for Education) in all schools under UNRWA umbrella.
• Responsible for the overall implementation of the project, from a strategic, compliance and coordination perspective.

• Works with stakeholders and business analysts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design and develop solutions to address business needs and opportunities.
• Participates in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Information Management and Technology standards, policies, and procedures in coordination with
IMTD and FIMTO teams including related audits, compliance activities, and managing projects related to services deployments.
