-Customizing SharePoint portal and web content management system to serve and meet Knowledge base system requirements.
-Developing new web based application by using SharePoint Content Management System features (page templates, page design, workflows, audiences, user permission and personality, ready components, new developed components, versioning ..etc)
-Integrating SharePoint Portlets to create dynamic web based tool that provide one smart tool for all Knowledge contact center inquires
-Creating Knowledge base site for du contact center department purpose.
-Knowledge base site will assist the Contact center agents to handle du customers inquiries
-Usability, Simplicity and clarity are the main characteristics of the hew KB site.
-Creating dynamic web based site which able to manage various and huge number of du telecom company news and updates
-Implementing power search engine functionally to meet the contact center agents inquiries

4-Intergate CRM and Knowledge base systems
As a part of du contact center performance enhancement, integration between CRM system and Knowledge base system project was raised to implement this integration process.
I was engaged in all product life cycle phases especially in inception and analysis phases to identify business needs and make sure the projects objectives meet these needs.
