Lately last Year I transferred to Join the KAUST Engineering Department where all the Campus Projects be Planned and executed, working with the University Architect, My Boss, i participated in many projects and executed many others. it is a life time opportunity to work with this team and the experience i gained from such variety Project Types in this Highly dynamics Place.

it is almost two years now, when i started working in the great KAUST project i was a civil engineer (site inspection ), but with the time and when the construction has been settled down, my job description has changed from the site inspection to a building manager; now I'm managing every small problem accrued in the academic building and report back to our management and KAUST campus support managers.


In Points:

*Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of Academic buildings, and facilities.

*Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and high KAUST safety standards.

*Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.

*Managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on engineering issues.

* Issuing Permit to Work, (Authorized by KAUST HSE).

* Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery.
