• Serve as the lead point of contact for key accounts;
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;

• Manage account team assigned to each supplier;

• Negotiate contracts with the supplier and establish a timeline for performance;
• Plan and present reports on account progress & goals to share with team members; and,
• Develop a thorough understanding of suppliers' requirements and prepare customized solutions.
• Communication with customers to create a special relationship between the company and its clients;
• Monitor Wssel customers App orders, and support customers to increase sales percentage and solve problems;
• Deal with customer enquiries and deliver services to meet or exceed their expectations;
• Provide suggestions to customers that will increase their sales ratio;
• Attend daily meetings with the Wssel accounts management team to discuss customer relations and put forward marketing ideas to raise the sales ratio of our customers through the Wssel application.
• Training new staff on CRM (Oracle Siebel) system, tracking their performance, set and review tasks. Provide practical tips;
• Delivering quality services to customers;
• Identify, analyse and resolve customers’ complicated service problems;
• Promoting bank products and services;
• Building customer relationships;
• Producing daily reports on new ATM cards and accounts;
• Capturing new accounts;
• Meeting and exceeding monthly goals.
