 Project of Mall on area of 181, 000 m2, As-built area is 67, 000 m2 with Total Budget of 320 Million SAR, The Owner is Ministry of High Education Fund.
 Project KAP IIB on 2 million m2 with budget 1.3 Billion SAR For Client MOI
Duties:-

 Giving site orders in accordance with plans and Follow-up Subcontractors works.
 Follow-up site activities in compliance with project specifications
 Prepare inspection requests and material submittals
 Prepare purchase Request for required Material
 Check drawing and collect the necessary data required for the project execution
 Provide technical information to supervisors
 Perform the necessary inspection on site in accordance to plans, specs, and quality requirements
 Perform quality assurance on site
 Liaising with quality department for QC requirements
 Supervises the implementation of corrective actions
 Initiate preventive measures in coordination with construction manger
 Prepares site progress and status reports
 Coordination with structure & MEP department to resolve discrepancies
 Ensure that the materials used are approved ones and report any violations to senior engineers
 Safety & health regulation on site.
 Solve conflicts on site and report them to superiors
 Reports the daily activities on site to superiors.
 Preparation of 'AS-BUILT' drawings based on final dimensions liaising with Q.S for confirmation of work done.
 Assures subcontractors adherence to drawing & quality requirement
 Architectural drawing coordination with Structure & MEP.

 Makkah Administration Building / 120, 000, 000 SR - Makkah

 Obstetric / Gynecologic & Pediatric Hospital / 200-Bed / 350, 000, 000 SR

Duties:-

 Giving site orders in accordance with plans and Follow-up Subcontractors works.
 Follow-up site activities in compliance with project specifications
 Prepare purchase Request for requirement Material
 Material procurement and material
 Check the drawings to ensure compliance with design.
 Submit the technical submittal to consultant for approval and review
 Coordination with subcontractors related to drawings & clarification of their queries
 Plan, Execute & monitor architectural activities at site i.e Architectural inspections on site & prepare the architectural Mock-up on site & follows
 Look architectural site problems & Site coordination with structure & MEP department.
 Preparation of 'AS-BUILT' drawings based on final dimensions
