I have experience in Operations Research science or decision science as an academic researcher at University Utara Malaysia in terms of using more advanced optimization techniques, linear programming, decision-making problems to improve system performance, the complex allocation problem and its variants. I have several papers have been published in different journals and conferences regarding multi-criteria decision-making problems by using different techniques to support decision-makers facing such problems. My area of research is focused on decision science especially in quantitative science for decision making and multi criteria decision making (MCDM). This is to improve the choice process among different decisions in organizations. Typically, there does not exist a unique optimal solution for such problems and it is necessary to use decision-maker's preferences to differentiate between solutions.
