Support business planning of Nawah Energy, by working closely with the executive team, department heads, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business plans and performance metrics. To provide insights and recommendations that will support shaping short-term and long-term growth strategies.
Monitor, provide oversight to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the nuclear power plant, and support Enterprise preparations for WANO evaluations in assigned Functional Areas, and communicate findings and recommendations to the Leadership to enable continued improvement
Work with the BI team through research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, Industry trends, and potential risks. Implementing data analytics and monitoring systems allows for real-time tracking of key performance indicators, helping to identify trends and potential areas for improvement and use the analysis outcomes to enhance/support BU heads/Functional Heads in preparing their business plans.
Monitor and analyze the business plan's key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and identify areas for improvement.
Lead the periodic review and update of the business plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery requirements.
Analyze the effectiveness of the balanced scorecard process & provide recommendations for improvement at the Enterprise level and business units and propose alternative approaches that enable the effectiveness of organizational Performance
Overseeing the portfolio of organizational projects, providing expert knowledge and
support and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status.
● Develop projects and partnerships to grow the ecosystem of start-ups, corporates, and
investors in targeted economic sectors
● Create businesses development roadmaps related to productivity, ecosystem, and
internationalization
● Analyze organizational internal-external environments such as resources and
capabilities, stakeholders’ needs, expectations, competitive business climate, technology
trends, and government activities
● Perform research and analysis, including market and economic research, as well as
benchmarking against best-practice global organizations such as Ease of doing
business, the World Bank, World Economic Forum, OECD, and Global Entrepreneurship

● Conduct research on investor requirements and emerging market trends to seek
commercial and product development opportunities, identifying new growth areas from a
geographical, sector, and product perspective
● Conducting financial feasibility studies, preparing project plans, analyzing potential
operations, and identifying steps for implementation.
● Design and improve the organizational performance management systems, in alignment
with the overall business Excellence Model Framework including Strategic Performance
indicators, Key operational indicators, objectives, projects, and risks
● Collecting, transforming, and organizing data for analysis to help make informed
decisions. Excellent understanding and proficiency of platforms for effective data
analyses, including SQL, spreadsheets, Tableau, and R.
● Managing consolidated performance evaluation reports on the business and financial
performance, highlighting key performance gaps, reasons for performance gaps as well
as their causes and effects
● Develop projects related to building submission organizational documents for Excellence
Model Framework (EFQM: European Foundation for Quality Management) and (DGEP:
Dubai Government Excellence Program) and other related Excellence Awards
submitted.
