1- General Management:
- Manages the manufacturing activities in accordance with established policies, guide-lines, and procedures. Manages wholesales activities in a way that will achieve both short- and long-term goals of the Company.
- Works in concert with functional departments to implement the Company’s strategy. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price sched-ules, and discount rates, developing sales programs to meet or exceed goals of the company. Determines product offering and pricing consistent with company strategies and financial expectations.
- Oversees bakery operations to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality bakery prod-ucts to customers within established specifications, standards, and profit objectives.
- Participates in the development and execution of plans and policies for company.
- Ensures that approved operation policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied within the company.
- Participates in the research and evaluation of new equipment and production tech-niques to ensure that the company is on the leading edge of bakery technology.
- Develop and manage an effective organization with appropriate infrastructure, sys-tems, programs and methods to achieve growth objectives.
2- Financial:
- Prepares sales plans and sales budgets based on broad company goals and growth ob-jectives.
- Reviews sales results of the Company, compares them to established objectives, and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to meet or exceed expecta-tions.
- Implements methods to minimize costs and improve efficiency of operations and qual-ity of products.
- Monitors all budget and capital expenditure projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budgetary guidelines.
- Initiates corrective action related to profit and loss factors affecting financial results.
3- Customer Focus:
- Develops sales plan within company guidelines and established best practices to opti-mize sales to the achievement of budgetary expectations.
- Interfaces with internal personnel to preserve and enhance the image of the company as a competent supplier of quality bakery products.
- Maintains personal relationships with key accounts. Maintains a proactive, visible relationship with entire customer base.

4- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the staff in a manner that creates harmony within the workforce and promoting an attitude that will ensure successful results.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and correcting performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Ensures that personnel maintain knowledge and skills level necessary to accomplish Company’s objectives. Develop departmental leaders for succession to higher levels or responsibility.
- Works closely with the Production Manager to assess present and future needs, trends, problems and opportunities for bakery operations within the company.
- Provide leadership and guidance to management team, working collaboratively with team members to establish performance expectations necessary to achieve success.

- Responsible for B2B and whole sales department.
- Responsible for Dispatch department with direct and supervise daily operation.
- Direct and supervise all day to day accounting department operation activities, from post-ing entries to the process of preparing financial statements.

- Was In charge for a while for dispatch department for coordinating and maintain the trips to arrive at time and to assure the work to flow in effective and efficient way.
- Working on (QuickBooks) accounting system.
- Maintain general journal entries, general ledger accounts, A/P, A/R, Fixed assets, Bank reconciliations.
- Check on physical monthly closing inventory for stores.
- Prepare and improve the sales reports for the internal users.
- Collaborate with external auditors during preliminary and year-end auditing processes.
I was working in A&P as a heavy machine operator doing the setup and turn down of the rides like Skymaster & Gravatrain & The Tilt and so on, I used to do the setup and turn down of the rides every week and moving to another fair in another town in Wisconsin State.
It was a very aggressive experience I ever had in time management and team working and to handle the work under pressure very well.
