1- General Management:
- Manages the manufacturing activities in accordance with established policies, guide-lines, and procedures. Manages wholesales activities in a way that will achieve both short- and long-term goals of the Company.

2- Financial:
- Prepares sales plans and sales budgets based on broad company goals and growth ob-jectives.

I was working in A&P as a heavy machine operator doing the setup and turn down of the rides like Skymaster & Gravatrain & The Tilt and so on, I used to do the setup and turn down of the rides every week and moving to another fair in another town in Wisconsin State.
It was a very aggressive experience I ever had in time management and team working and to handle the work under pressure very well.
