Ensure accurate and safely service equipment, ensure the delivery of the Right Tool, to the Right Place, at the Right Time, organizes and plan the maintenance/service of all tools and equipment in accordance with NOV procedures, ensures that the service facility is adequately equipped to provide adequate maintenance/service on tools, ensures that Company policies are well understood, accepted, and followed by the Personnel under his supervision.
Assigned at the Down Hole Tools department in charge with overseeing all service quality issues within the facility, ensuring service related documents and equipment calibration are current, conducting service quality meetings with staff to address the updates in newly revised documents and service procedures, and ensuring tool service process and other related process are carried out according to the quality standards and standard service procedure.
Conducting complete service to Drilling, Fishing, and Coiled Tubing tools and other down hole tools, the service includes dis-assembly, inspection, assembly, outgoing test, troubleshooting, repair whenever required, and completing the related documentation and paperwork.
Conducting full maintenance and completing the paperwork of the PowerPack and PowerDrive drilling tools and ensuring they are ready for next job.
