(1) Overseeing the development and the estimated budget control.
(2) Cash flow management by keeping money in liquid cash fund and current accounts in banks to meet obligations as they fall due, using the principle of profitability and ease the fulfillment of mind.
(3) Make sure to keep accounting records, books and registration accuracy and integrity of the accounting operations.
(4) Long and short-term investments department to provide liquidity and put part of the liquidity in short-term investments to achieve a profit, even if the return is simple.
(5) Accounts receivable management and credit policies.
(6) Assistant Director-General and other departments to understand the financial results and benefit from reports.
(7) Formulation of financial reports illustrates the financial position in accordance with the absolute transparency for submission to the owners of the enterprise.
(8) Develop and implement a comprehensive financial management system provides quick and correct information.
(9) Overseeing the development of the final accounts of the institution.

(A) Good at accounting and basic settlement knowledge, clearing service knowledge, cash management and teller service knowledge.
(B) knowledge and experience of Accounting Processes and functions.
(C) knowledge & Understand of regulatory requirements for financial reporting including the IFRS.
