My job responsibilities are to provide support to the clients which are banks like GreenDot, Bancorp, Bank of George, CBKC, Chase, Kiwi Bank etc. I'm providing support services including helpdesk tickets having various issues needs to be resolved in collaboration with cross functional teams. Handling concerns regarding chargebacks, fraud analysis when its comes to monitor spending pattern and card usage. Moreover, I used to report fraud dectected on different card programs associated with various banks directly to the networks like VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER etc.

My responsibilities were to receive Sales calls from our clients there in US and converting them to successful sales to generate revenue from it.

From screening of applicants to preparing them for interviews making sure that they are fully qualifying for the vacancy that they are actually applying for.
