Handling concerns regarding chargebacks, fraud analysis when its comes to monitor spending pattern and card usage. Moreover, I used to report fraud dectected on different card programs associated with various banks directly to the networks like VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER etc.

My responsibilities were to receive Sales calls from our clients there in US and converting them to successful sales to generate revenue from it.
