- Responsible for setting-up, organizing and management of Household Department
- Defining and implementing of process, policies and procedures for each function related to business
- Leading recruitment team and sending recruiters on recruitment campaigns to keep the mobilization and deployments on track
- Managing Sales Team for keeping sales of contracts and deployments coordinated
- Taking care of Welfare Department and making sure that every employee is properly trained and all their on-job concerns are addressed
- Managing all marketing activities including designing, printing and distribution of brochures and flyers, execution of mall campaigns, SMS Blasts and publishing of advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and company website.
- Handling all customer service issues and fixing all the loop holes in the process and service packages to deliver best possible service to clients
- Continuously executing market surveys on competitors prices and service packages to adjust and improve the pricing and service options
- Coordinating with finance department for processing of monthly payroll, suppliers payments, client invoice servicing and reimbursements
- Working and following-up closely with administration and logistics teams to make sure that employee accommodations, transportation and other facilities are acquired in timely manner
- Engaged in bulk recruitment for Enterprise Clients
- Handling recruitment needs of an average of 25 Corporate and SME clients every month
- Bringing in skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled labour from around 20 countries
- Taleo: Posting client requisitions, mobilization status and employees data in Taleo.
- Mobilizing bulk domestic labour in various categories
- Served in Household Unit and primarily took care of acquisition of skilled and semi-skilled domestic work force.
- Responsible for bringing in bulk manpower by handling legal documentations involved with ministries of labour and interior, overseas employment authorities and concerned embassies.
- Engaged with enrollment and management of designated recruitment agents and manpower suppliers in various countries like Philippines, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Kenya, Tanzania, Egypt, Bangladesh, and Sudan for smooth transfer of work force from these countries.
- Receiving job orders from local market, processing them through agents in different countries, completing the required documentations, arranging arrival and deputation of workers.
- On special assignment, assisting the Enterprise Unit for hiring highly experienced professionals in the field of management, finance and administration.
- Served as supervisor of a Consumer Service Center (Service & Quality Unit) in Lahore.
- Managed branch service strategy by implementing quality checks on 21 branches in 11 cities.
- Supervised sharia compliant documentation of commercial and staff finance contracts (Auto & Home Finance).
- Maintained close liaison with all cross functions in order to support continuous process improvement.
- Handled all service related issues by receiving customer complaints/requests and escalating the same to the concerned departments.
- Facilitated the new hiring procedures by collecting the candidate resumes, conducting screening interviews and shortlisting the suitable resources.
