• Managed all daily operations at Group Security Operations Center Transguard (GSOC).
• Oversaw all Daily and new security deployments.
• Manage and report all incidents and Crisis Management reports in consultation with the management.

• Monitoring ATM for incidents from various Banks.
• Logging tickets for new incidents on Concept and completing them once rectified.
• Providing access codes to the Client to access the ATM.
• Provide customer service to various internal and external Clint’s.
• Helped in ramping up the new talent by training and grooming them in the projects.
Responsible to manage the entire process of selling an REO asset on which a purchase offer has been placed by a buyer.
I am single point of contact who manages the end to end transaction from Offer to sale by following the business rules and meeting the required deliverables within the stipulated timeframe.
Review all documents pertaining to the sale transaction as per the specified business rules in the given timeframe.
Liaise between the Seller/Selling agent and Buyer/Buyer’s agent to receive the sale agreements and other supporting documents.
Resolve problems and complaints by interacting with various supporting teams and provide assistance as needed to close the sale.
Communicate (both verbal and written) in a clear and timely manner to all the stack holders involved in the asset.
