Working in Noor bank, AL Wahda Mall Branch, got to experience to work in Islamic banking
and deal with Shariaah rules and policies. Managed the main branch in Abu Dhabi and
Khalidiya branch. Acting area manger in Abu Dhabi controlling 4 branches and one in Al Ain.
With more than 70 staff members including wealth department in Abu Dhabi, therefore it
allows me to meet very important people and owners of businesses in UAE marketplace
and Government sector. Was able to generate more than AED 250 million as deposit in first
year working in Abu Dhabi branches. Always the top manager to generate revenue the
whole year, top branch for 2 years, opened new to mall branches in Abu Dhabi. Moreover,
setting sales targets, maximizing sales and profitability, providing team with a simulating
and supportive environment, driving team performance, controlling the training and
development of staff.
Worked in 3 different branches of ADCB and got a lot of knowledge and experience how to
deal with Customers and connect with almost all the different bank departments to deliver
the best service to the Customer. Been noticed as best
