Main rolls and responsibilities:
Engineering Phase
•Establish Primavera(P6) schedule with best relationships for activities to deliver the project major milestones
•Provide Level I, II & III schedule with monthly progress updates
•Provide the analyses for the critical path and Total Floats
•Provide proper calendar for engineering, procurement and construction activities
•Provide the Weekly and Monthly report for every discipline progress activities
• Utilizing INDRA software to manage the Engineering Deliverables (Planned and Actual Dates)
•Provide monthly reports for status of Milestones, Man-Power & Man-Hours Histograms and Change Orders status
•Provide the Schedule Basis Procedure
•Provide Measurement Worksheet Procedure
•Provide monthly and forecast (accrual) invoices and follow up with client regarding payments
•Provide the Engineering, Procurement and Construction S-Curves (Planned and Actual)
•Provide Weekly Technical Memorandums Queries Report (TMQs) from Client and Contractor
Procurement Phase:
•Provide the Procurement reports updates for Requisitions, Quotations, Technical Bid Evaluation, Client Approvals, Purchase Order, Engineering Vendor Documents, Fabrication Status, Shipment, Delivery to Site, Material Status Report(MRR) after delivery and report of approved deliveries by client(RFI)
•Follow up with disciplines and clients to approve vendor engineering deliverables
•Provide Non-Material Requisition (NMR) reports
Construction Phase including Shutdown:
•Provide 2 weeks ahead schedule
•Review, approve and follow up with subcontractor Level-IV schedule
•Provide weekly achieved quantities progress report
•Provide weekly and monthly Saudization report
•Provide shut-down schedule
•Provide daily updates specially to fit-up and welding spools

Main Responsibilities and duties
•Build the Schedules with resources by P6 to any level( I, II & III) then assign the baseline to provide the weekly progress % and Earned Hours
•Provide updated Progress and Histogram curves either by P6 or Excel depending on client and project needs.
•Build and update the Measurement Work Sheet to get the earned progress % for all deliverables provided by engineers and project managers.
•Update the weekly narrative(activities) report
•Provide a summary report for Planned, Expended and Earned hours
•Provide weekly Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Productivity Index(PI) and Cost Performance Index(CPI)
•Share the skills that I learned in Greenford Office(London) with my colleagues to enhance the reporting to the managers
Project: Gorgon Project in Australia
Client: Chevron
Main Roles and Responsibility:
•Attending the internal and external meetings to get progress from all disciplines
•Update the start/ finish dates for the activates and compare it with baseline dates
•Apply the mark ups to P6 and analyze the critical path, Budgeted Hrs, Actual Hrs, At completion Labor units
•Generate hours reports from P6 and analyze them in spread sheet to provide earned Hours
•Provide Expended hours and percentage for the periodic and cumulative hours.
•Provide productivity and the overall progressable and non progressable
•Create the S curves and histograms for overall or by discipline.
•Provide a report for the planned VS earned percentage.
Project: Saudi Aramco GES Plus
• Provide Project Progress “S” Curves.

Client: (RTIP) Ras Tanura Integrated Project a joint venture project of Saudi Aramco and Dow
•Fully coordination/monitoring to the contractors to ensure that the Quality Management System, records Quality Personnel are compliances to the Saudi Aramco requirements.
•Geotechnical Survey supervisor for 1600 Boreholes at RTIP site in Ras-Tanura.
•Salt Mine Geotechnical Survey supervisor for 184 Boreholes completed 37 meters in deep each in RTIP site in Jubail.
•Automatic Traffic Counts (ATC) Classification Counts along Ras Tanura highway, Abu Hadriyah highway,
•Juamayh highway and Dammam - Jubail highway with WilburSmith as the contractor part of RTIP project
•Managed the design of the FEED packages for 35 buildings in RTIP.
•Worked in developing the Schematic diagrams for the access roads.
•Worked in developing the Conceptual design package report.
•Worked as liaison with relevant regulating agencies, facilities discussions and provide general support to the project in defining all requirements to cross existing pipeline corridors and roads.

Project: Yanbu Export Refinery Project(YERP)
Client: Saudi Aramco
•Worked in preparing the FEED packages for 20 buildings in YERP.
•Managed the design of administration building, large cafeteria, mosques, warehouse, fuel station, operator's shelters, laboratory, clinic and training building.
•Played significant roles in the coordination of the systems integration that includes mechanical, electrical, and civil.
•Managed and planned for the design project and project control.
•Design the structure for the pipe routing from the oil wells to the nearest many folding or refinery.
•Design the structure for pipe racks with the foundations in several refineries .
•QA/QC the Civil and Structural drawings.
•Provide the material and specifications (MTO) for water injections and oil wells.
•Studied, analyzed and designed the Structural Systems as per SAUDI ARAMCO Standards (SAES), (SAEP) and (SAMSS).
