* Implementation, monitoring, revision and updating of the Contractor’s Contract
Quality Plan with in the project schedule.
* Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions and
Preventive actions.
*  Perform regular Audits on manufacturers/ contractor’s quality systems and
implement suitable correct measures to meet project requirements and
specifications.
* Raise, Track and analyze INCR’S, and Audit findings for continuous
improvement of quality management system, maintain Internal and External

* To coordinate for preparing quality Inspection Plan and Test Plan as per Drawing
available and client specification and understand / prepare the detailed
requirements of the job.
* To assist the Site Superintendent & coordinate the supervisor’s activity, carry out
& implement the QA/QC program, arrange & conduct meeting under the Site
Superintendent direction.
* Carrying out preliminary inspection of materials of construction & reviewing the
material mill certificate.
* Manage the QA/QC team effectively and efficiently.
* Implement the QA/QC management system at site.
* Ensure proper coordination for quality inspections with all the site sub
contractors and vendors.
* Ensure proper coordination with the customers representative on all quality
matters.
* Verify and check that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the
applicable codes and standards.
* Participate in the site internal and external site audits
* Coordinate all the quality site inspections
* Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as -built
ands is handed over by the QA/QC Engineers.
* Control all non -conformance reports and undertake remedial action.
* Complete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses.
* Review the customers specification and undertake relevant training to the site
personnel.
* Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC plan.
* Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the
customer.
* Coordinate with the project manager / site in charge on all quality issues.
* Coordinate and chair (along with the site in charge) the QA/QC site weekly
meetings with the projects sub contractors and site personnel.
* Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control and current status.
* Initiate work instructions as necessary for the enhancement of quality
* Implement the established and approved Project specification and standards
* Providing quality vision for the Project as Motivator & Promoter of Excellence
* Coordination with Clients and Subcontractors and resolving quality issues
* Schedule and Arrange periodic audits and reporting
* Challenge the company’s action when it is quality related as an advocate
* Commands quality & actively works on improvement to the system as a hand on
participant
* Mentor to projects and train & educate individuals with in the quality function
and other discipline.
* Identify and arrange qualification test as per project requirements
* Identify and maintain the calibrations of instruments and third party inspection
activities.
