conceptual study, detailed engineering & construction support.
Overall responsible:
• Team staffing & scheduling to complete the job within budget
and monitoring the quality of the work procedure.
• Project Progress Monitoring & Reporting and adherence to
scheduled completion of engineering documents.
• Work on and supervise all the process activities of the project
as per scope requirement like Simulation, Sizing & Hydraulic
calculations, PFDs & P&IDs Development, Datasheets
Preparation, C&E, Equipment Sizing & Rating, Studies, Report
Writing, Correspondence, Inter-discipline co-ordination,
Comment/query settlement, internal and client audits etc.
• Performs hydraulics & other process work, FATHOM, HYSYS HTRI
& Flare Net simulation.
• Attend HAZOP / PHA / SIL / Value Engineering / Constructability
/ Lesson Learned or other sessions.
• Attend the meetings with client/disciplines/vendors.
• Proposal estimations and preparation of design change
notices.

Supporting AspenTech Middle East clients such as Saudi Aramco &
SABIC. Generating new deals & business development that focuses on
driving the usage of the AspenTech Engineering products in process
simulation & optimization. Leading the renewal of AspenTech license
for some of the E&C in Saudi Arabia. Simulation modeling for the
purposes of client’s demonstration & conducting.
• HYSYS modeling, Exchanger design & rating (include molding
of fired hater & air cooler) workshop for Saudi Aramco, Yanbu
refinery.
• HYSYS modeling (include molding of pipeline network, crude
unit & other) workshop for Saudi Aramco, P&CSD.
• HYSYS modeling workshop for Qatar Petroleum.
• Aspen Plus modeling for petrochemical, Exchanger design &
rating workshop for SABIC, Affiliates (PETROKEMYA, IBN ZAHR,
UNITED, AR-RAZI, AL-BAYRONI, IBN RUSHD).
• HYSYS modeling, Exchanger design & rating for Saudi Aramco,
Abqaiq plant.
• HYSYS modeling, Exchanger design & rating for KJO (Khafji
Joint Operations)
• Capital cost estimation workshop for Saudi Aramco, estimation
group.
• Aspen Plus modeling for petrochemical, Exchanger design &
rating workshop for SAHARA Petrochemicals.

Undergo in continuous training for fifteen weeks in the field of chemical engineering, to gain knowledge about the different engineering tasks in the company.

Participated in the Summer Training Program for College Students as a Process Engineer for eight consecutive weeks at the north region of Saudi Aramco operation, in the Engineering Unit, Tanajib offshore, Marjan Gas Plant (Gas Oil Separation Plant).

Received continuous training for fifteen weeks in the field of chemical processes operation, to gain knowledge about the production route that the company adopted, production rate, and applications and uses of their product.
