Set up department KPIs
Cascade the KPIs to individual employees
To provide overall project management for ongoing initiatives, including adaptation projects, training and Implementation
Manage environment changes
Ensuring continuous training of employees on aspects of the QA systems that are relevant to their position
Ensure that quality procedures are documented, audited and maintained in all other areas of the business.
Evaluating and conduct feasibility study for any upcoming project.
Collecting data from multiple sources including inventory, product, and customer databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
Plan and implement the overall analytics and business intelligence strategy
Process mapping for the logistics company
Making sure that the current staff have the competency to handle the new changes
Plan for implementing the new ERP system, managing the implementation of 4 modules (Transportation Management TM, Material Management MM, Plant Maintenance PM and Sales & Distribution SD)
Preparing weekly and monthly report to the senior managers that covers the status of the project with the performance measures, mitigation plan, and the plan for the coming activities
Contribute in developing the operation SLAs, administrative and operation policies and procedures.
Requirements gathering
Assisting the change management team to smoothen the implementation for the new ERP systems along with the changes
UAT Planning
Participate in building the annual plans with the KPIs
Handling the Fleet Management Systems used to track our Fleet
Preparing and reviewing the Fleet tracking reports.
Implementing new features for the FMS to monitor the fleet weight by using load cells.

The goal of this project is to maximize the efficiency of the unit and remove any defect in the processes:
o Studied all process in the unit.
o Map those processes and create a full document regarding these processes.
o Re-visit the processes with and make the necessary changes to get the maximum benefits and minimize the effort needed to accomplish the task.
