I'm working under Energy Fossile Generation Department at SIEMENS as Administration support to the power plants projects. Currently I 'm working as material handling at SIEMENS Dammam Factory at 2 industrial city in Dammam and that was since April 2015.
Details: Handling all the works of supervisor in the finished goods warehouse of the company:
- Issuing voucher ( receipt, out-issue).
- Control loading & off-loading of the materials.
- Reporting to chain supply manger.
- Following-up the movements of the warehouse materials.
- Managing the staff of the warehouse assistants, forklift operators and labors.
- Coordinate with customer services dept. from issuing delivery note till loading.
- Inventory (semi, annually ).
Details: Full Assistance to the management & storeroom:
-Handling all secretarial works.
-Coordinate with and assisting storekeeper about warehouse transactions (issuance / return).
-Maintaining spare parts inventory level and create coding for new parts.
-Prepare monthly reports such as timesheets of the company’s staff & plant operation and performance data.
-Handling archiving to track and search the document, whenever it required. The data in this folder to be strictly confidential and no one access except EGM/ EGM Secretary/O&M Support Staff.
Details: Full assistance to IT manager in the company, and working on sales & distribution program and Account program that are designed by fox pro and that’s as follow:
-Updating the system (sales & distribution program) regarding to what has been affected by sales or the Stock.
-Updating the Account program for accounting Dept.
-Updating the data for the branches (showrooms) all over the Kingdom.
-Making monthly comparative sales report for all over company branches (by Excel).
-Making final inventory for closing year (by Excel).
-Solving any problem in the system that could happened by wrong entries or encrypted file as an example.
- I have used Access for processing the general timesheet for all company staff. After it reviewed by HR, I used to processed the salary sheet and that one we used to sent to the bank for depositing salaries.
- In the latest months for me in the company, I had been trained on new system so-called IFS (semi like SAP system).
I worked also as helpdesk on-call for other staff of the company (account Dept., HR Dept., Sales Dept.)
First month I had course in airs and airlines around the world including Organizations of airlines such as IATA Organization, airport overview, airports and airlines rules and tickets.
I worked in the airport as check-in flight counters employee making for passengers boarding passes, tags and checking their flights, Helping passengers and announcement for flights.
