Responsibilities:
• Analyze, plan and simplify product requirements to streamline & reengineer organizational processes.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis to determine the best path for solving business problems including process improvement, systems enhancement and change management.
• Work closely with different business users, facilitate and participate in workshops to gather requirements related to business processes, document requirements from the business user, and develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
• Analyze business processes & products and structure the same from the system perspective.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify the gap/limitations of the existing system & design AS-IS & TO-BE processes.
• Conduct impact analysis on existing digital products to secure successful implementation milestones.
• Assist in the development of proposals and products that can help improve Nesma & Partners’ performance.
• Propose business process modeling and prepare use causes for the quality assurance team
• Provide leadership to the business and development team to develop 4 different digital products related to vendor management, asset management, invoice management, and enterprise portfolio management.
• Work with cross-functional teams and business units to understand, challenge and provide thought leadership on the strategy to achieve the company’s goals through business transformation.

Responsibilities:
• Accountable for supervising construction sites for renovation and building rehabilitation projects.
• Developed project plans & construction schedules with updated baselines to evaluate Schedule Performance Index.
• Oversaw the design and development of construction projects including planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
• Prepared architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements; studied and assessed drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.
• Coordinated with the engineers and architects, and supervised construction sites and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversaw the performance of all contractors and reviewed architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
• Coordinated with clients and consultants for approvals of all technical submittals and resolution of issues.
• Performed daily inspection of construction activities to ensure conformance with the approved plans; ensured that the site work complies with building regulations, health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements.
• Monitored project progress and compliance with design specifications and safety standards; maintained detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.
