Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for all personnel, employee relations & services.
Duties:
• Create new employee records, Induction programs.
• Responsible in the implementation of employees benefits
• Employee counselling.
• Employee relations; day to day activities i.e monitoring of attendance, leave applications, benefit claims, administration of employee complaints and issues etc.
• Compulsory and voluntary departure of employees, exit interviews, create of personnel records, and providing key data to various levels of management.
• Monthly payroll; entering all salaries fluctuations.
• Travel arrangements.

• Responsible for All requirements for Government Relations( MUQEM - MUDDAD - QIWA - LABOR OFFICE - Chamber of commerce - Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
• Responsible for All requirements for Recruitment (searching - hunting - filtering - interview).

Duties;
• Implement recruiting plan and focus on maintaining Saudization at the target level.
• Coordinating with other departments concerning administration and personnel affairs.
• Conduct market salary and benefits survey on regular basis.
• Follow up on employee in related administration works (travel/transfer of sponsorship, performance evaluation process.
• Supervise, follow up and coordinate efficiently utilization of subordinates and support them personally in resolving work and employee’s related problems.

• Establish effective business relationships with governmental authorities.
• Prepare all reports that are required by the Dept. Mgr.

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in various aspects of Operation management to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the branch; performing customer service duties; ensuring office compliance with all operating policies and procedures; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate personnel; providing periodic reports.
Duties;
• Meets with current and potential customers to discuss their financial needs; offers appropriate products and services while developing and expanding account relationships; or refers customers to other Bank departments as appropriate.
• Assists in the proper staffing and training of Bank Tellers; ensures staff are trained in all areas of customer service, including transaction processing, operations, product knowledge, and sales.
• Assists in managing branch staff to maximize productivity and to achieve goals.
Responsible for entering data, via computer, pertaining to the services provided by unit. Update database information to reflect most current information. Follow established standards for the input and presentation of information.
