Provides in-person or remote technical support for the installation, repair and preventive maintenance of personal computers, individual workstations and related software and hardware
Support operations and provide hands on as well as Remote support to the MOH Project and related Office/s as deemed necessary which includes but not limited to PC support, Server support, Network support, Local Voice system and PDA (BB/ iPhone) support. Assist with project mobilization activities; may work with projects related to IT infrastructure as directed.
Install, configure & setup equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation and troubleshooting of Windows based desktops operating systems, and appropriate application software including but not limited to Windows 7, Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2007/2010. • Maintain and troubleshooting Xerox and Hp printer problems.
• Rectify and update any of the web application problems experienced by user
• Prepare and Issue phones for the new selected employee such as bravo and blackberry.
• Training new employees on use the phones (Bravo, Blackberry)
