Web Development Skills:
- Strong understanding of GUI, cross-browser compatibility, cross-device compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
- Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
- Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
- Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.

Tech Mahindra. Operates13 outlets specialized in retail of Toys in addition to 3warehouses, all of which are located at various parts of Pune. All of these outlets & warehouses were brought under a uniform system, aligning all the Sales & Purchases and for which an ERP system was deployed. For this, PROACT, a locally developed ERP system was deployed on all locations including the 3 warehouses.
This complete implementation was conceptualized and executed by me including deployment of ERP system, Data Management, Network Management &many other responsibilities as mentioned below:
Key Responsibilities:
• Database Administration: Direct DBA for MS SQL Server. Handle database instances, supervise server performance, adjust database server and functions, and do backup and recovery. Database server configuration, server performance correction and application tuning.
• Network Administration: Responsible for Basic troubleshooting internal network connectivity and providing technical support for networking issues.
• Work as primary support analyst for company.
• Responsible for determining software and hardware resolutions.
• Responsible to identify critical issues in ERP System, operating systems, LAN, etc. and resolving it on timely manner.
• Other major features were everyday field reports, cyclic consolidations of data on central server for study and move to business system. Main topics covered includes: Job Costing, Inventory Control, and the Product Concentrations.
• Responsible for training the new staff on PC and Network basics.
• Rolled out Desktop PCs and Laptop as needed.
• Other IT related duties as assigned.
