• Analysing Contract Documents (BOQ, Specification, Contract conditions, etc., )
• Preparing Monthly Payment Application & Obtain Certification.
• Preparing variations, monitoring and getting approval of the same.
• Subcontractor payment certificates and preparing their final account.
• Quantity Take-off using POMI.
• Reconciliation for major civil materials.
• Assist of Preparing project’s budget & Analyzing the Same.
• Preparing monthly cost report which includes actual cost, budget cost of work performed, cost to completion & cost at completion.
• Monitoring the payment status & prelim status to have control in preliminaries.
• Coordinate with Quantity takeoff Process, Sub Contractor Enquires, Procurement with Contracts department for finalizing the work order
• Preparing the project cash flow
• Preparing of Milestone Calculation (Specially for EPC)
• Preparing Labour Productivity Report
