Responsibility :
a. Pricing Tenders, determine the specifications of the project.
b. Negotiate contracts with external vendors .
c. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
d. Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to
finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
e. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure
deadlines will be met.
f. Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
g. Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when
needed.
h. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.

Responsibility :
a. Perform field quality control observations and assessments.
b. Inspect and assess the quality of materials being used for construction projects.
c. Oversee the work of field staff to ensure efficacy of work procedures.
d. Ensure compliance to project specifications.
e. Survey maps and blueprints prior to creating construction plans.
f. Provide technical advice to field staff

b. making drawings, specifications and computer models of structures for building.

Project : University Teaching Hospital ( Existing Project ) - Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Area: 68000 m2

Responsibility:
a. Reports about the situation of existing project.
b. Oversee all relative tests such as destructive and non-destructive
c. Recalculation all models and restudying structural shop drawing.
d. Coordinate with all departments for the new design.
e. Prepare and oversee all strengthening drawing.
f. Solve and give suggestions for all problems facing project team.

B- Project: Student Activity Center (area 9000 m2).
C- Project: Collage of Applied Medical (area 51000 m2).
D- Project: Collage of Pharmacy ( area 32000m2 ).

Responsibility:
a. Oversee all tender drawing and coordination.
b. Preparing reports, designs, shop drawings and as built.
c. Making calculations about loads and stresses.
d. Selecting appropriate construction materials.
e. Providing technical advice to site team.
f. Obtaining Drawing approval from consultant.
g. Monitoring and inspecting work in site.
