JOB RESPONSIBILITY
-Using analytical skills to accumulate business information & advise to used internal business applications
-Using application development skills to build internal application as per business requirement.
-Prepare project documentation & business requirement documentation.
-Ensure development projects are completed on time, within budget & have deliverable benefits.
-Provide training and workshop to new sites.
-Prepare/modify user manuals for the internal developed and external applications.
-Provide technical input and assistance to IS project delivery teams.
-The production of specification documents and software for the enhancement/interfaces to legacy or client systems.
-Provide required/essential maintenance of operational and legacy systems.
-Provide a focal point for both technical questions and internal developed applications.
-Actively seek opportunities within the business to improve efficiency through the appropriate application and technology thus providing a competitive edge.
-Ensuring and monitoring delivery to SLA (service level agreement) targets.
-Analysis, development, delivery and specification of proposed software changes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Identify site requirements how they want to manage there documents & implement the same into document management system or other system with the secure authorization of user’s access on data internal & external (subcontractors) users etc, supporting application users provides training on system, standards & provides complete collaboration environments so everything will be process through system & recorded accordingly
-Providing support to other engineers via the helpdesk system / SMS
-Maintain service levels in accordance with the defined SLA.
-Escalation of unresolved issues and dealing with some escalated issues
-Supports delivery of IMS standards
- Maintaining standards into systems liaise with Document Controllers & Design Manager
- Providing different environments in system for different departments of users
- Implementing easy matrix for securities i.e. Groups / Access list
- Support should include trainings onsite & FAQ’s sessions.
- Completion of scheduled tasks within SLA targets
- Constant contact with IT users.
- Advising other engineers within Business
- Ongoing technical training and awareness to technical desktop staff
JOB RESPONSIBILITIY
- Data Base Administrator of Project Wise System (Bentley).
- Control of user groups & setting.
- User training on the specific modules of System.
- Bulk & Manual loading of electronic-Files.
- Handling electronic-File Distribution by preparing workflows in the System.
- Preparing Transmittals as per issue request & Standing orders.
- Preparing Templates for loading Bulk of Data / Attributes in System.
- Upload & Download electronic-Files from DFC FTP Server & notify to relevant Project Managers / Consultants.
- Program used AUTOCAD / MICROSTATION REDLINING / MS PROJECT.
