assisting to design engineer in shop drawing and design of hvac systems for villas, commercial building, assisting to sales department in technical terms,
labour management, foreman, technicians,
shifting of machines, materials, duct sheets, insulations etc.
Assisting the sales team in technical aspects with the main contractors.
As a Site engineer
Responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC units include(package unit, ducted spilt unit, split unit) of G+1, G+2+R, G+4 residential, commercial buildings.
performing the marking of machine location and sleeve and wall opening and other activities.
Coordinate with other discipline and ensure site clearance is available to start the HVAC activities.
As a coordinator
Supervising works as per approved BOQ
Ordering materials and allocating delivery
Allocation of manpower and scheduling of projects
Liaising with community/ building management for NOC/ Permit to work
Supervision of sub contract works and updating project status to client
Inspection of End of lease units and preparing reports
coordinating with team leaders and all technicians to effectively complete the work

•Responsible for labor management and arrangement to different site locations.
•performing the marking of machine location and sleeve and wall opening and other activities.
•Coordinate with other discipline and ensure site clearance is available to start the HVAC activities.
•Provide approved HVAC shop drawing to site supervisor (or) Foreman and form then to shift the required ducting and piping approved material from warehouse to site and arrange required material to avoid progress delay.
•Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing and specification and get daily progress report from site supervisor (or) foreman and update to project engineer (or) manager.
•Floating Request for Inspection of installations to Consultant and rectifying if any snag works / comments.
•Floating request to consultant for material inspection as per submittals and specification.
•Look into the fabrication of ducting / piping / insulations, installations of machines and fixing of grills /diffusers with balancing of air.
