Verification that company procedures and process are being implemented in accordance with in the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS), Construction & Completion Management System (CCMS), Factory Acceptance Test Plan (FAT), Site Acceptance Test Plan (SAT), In-Tools, PDC and Pre-commissioning Procedure and Implementation.
Preparation of all QC related Documents.
Ensure that all works are implements as per scope of work, drawings, Aramco Standards and specification.
After internal Insp. in the site & raise RFI with Aramco inspector.
Responsible for Material receiving, Inst., Pre commissioning & Commissioning Inspection with Aramco PID,
L.V & M.V.Power and Control cables material receiving Insp& Monitoring on reel megger testing and Pre commissioning & Terminations.
Cable Trays, cable ladders, cable racks, Lighting fixtures (H.P.S, Metal halide, Mercury), Lighting Pole with Fuse box.
Dry type transformer, Power Transformer and Package unit substation.
Inspection, and Monitoring for the ground rod, ground pit Installation and testing of grounding resistance with earth resistance tester.
Preparation of energization package for all panels, Transformers, Cabinets, Consoles. Develop the basic criteria which will determine the technical requirements of the project in the co-ordination with project module.
Attend all necessary inspection as identified in the approved Inspection & Test Plan (ITP’s).
Inspect the production quality to establish if the Client requirement & approved owner Procedure.
Updates the QEIL & CCMS system, records and documentation as per IMS and Proj. Quality Program.
Generate Client R.F.I where required providing sufficient notices for Hold, Witness & Inspection Points. Maintain good working relationship with all TR, Client and Owner personnel.
Carried out inspections on Exceptions Items as category vice, Surveillance Reports, Punch list items, N.C.R reports as documented in QEIL and sign off a closed when activity has completed.
Familiar with international Industry Codes and Standards related to intrinsically safe systems and electrical system for instrumentation fields such as Saudi Kayan Phenolics Project of Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Complex Jubail KSA, ISA, ANSI, ASTM, IEEE, IEC, NEMA VE1 & VE2, NEFA 70, NEC, UL, FM, etc.
Maintain good recodes keeping of activities carried out for inspection reports. Complied with all Project HSE requirements i.e. PPE, Work Permits, authorization of Work in Hazardous & pre-comm. area etc.

Installation of Analyzers Shelter, BMS, AMS, PDMS, TGS, ESD, JB’s & Frame, Preparation of all detailed engineering documents like Instrument Cable Schedule, Installation Standards, Bill of Material, Cable duct & trench layout drawings, Quality Plans, Job Procedures, Quality Formats, Inspection & Test Plans.
Arrange Calibration of the Valves and PSVs with the client.
