• Responsible for all technical aspects related to communications during construction and commissioning
• Manage schedule, resources, cost, and manpower for construction and commissioning activities for DCOs

• Responsible for commercial matters and claims related to DCOs and all communications scope
• Prepare and review Project’s DBSP, FEED, Detail Design, and IFC engineering deliverables
• Department’s specialist in all design related to optical multiplexer systems with advance knowledge in PDH, SDH, DWDM, OTN, and add/drop multiplexers
• Lead communication engineers to ensure correct implementation of the design and coordinate the work of engineers
• Determine and schedule work priorities
• Provide Project study and preparation of deliverables for Project Proposal (FEED) and Detailed Design.
• Analyze problems, organize investigations and determine specific design criteria
• Interpret engineering specifications, resolve design and field engineering difficulties
• Responsible in engineering planning and design, field survey, materials take off, MR, TBC, TBE, checking plans, preparation of scope of work, calculations and submission of packages in accordance with the Saudi Aramco standards.

• Review, validate, and update transmission design scope (SDH)
• Provide engineering support to project design and studies
• Review and comment on VSAT gateways design manuals, documents, and drawings for CDR 90% & FDR
• Review and respond to clients’ comments on CDR 90% package
