Worked as the “Manager Brand & Marketing” at The North Walk in Karachi, Pakistan. My abilities helped in developing and implementing a multi-platform communications strategy and plan that is results-driven organizational priorities, and focused on the corporate and brand goals. My tasks included; managing the rental of all branded spaces (both static and digital), and ensuring that each location is utilized to the best extent possible, SEO/SEM and social media management in online marketing campaigns, managing the media/advertising agency effectively to ensure the timely completion and execution of the content calendar, media spending plan, and routine/ad hoc reporting, as well as the regular creation of content for digital, visual, and text platforms that supports the North Walk services and significantly contributes to monthly reporting.. for all tenants at Port Grand. Furthermore, developed the analysis of statistical
data and reports to pinpoint the root causes of commercial issues and developed

requested, prepared periodic reports for top management. Likewise, assisted in
leading team members to compile a comprehensive list of requirements for all
projects and ensured compliance with all standards and requirements set forth by
the company. In addition, supervised the development of marketing materials like
DVDs, flyers, posters, newsletters, and e-newsletters. Achieved successful
operations by maintaining and updating customer information and continuing to
assist and be involved with other Port Grand Departments on all issues, including
support during the planning, design, building, and operational phases and took
control of maintaining and updating a list of appropriate marketing materials that
may be used in future events.
