Responsibilities:
• Manage organization’s day-to-day accounting and financial transactions to ensure seamless Finance and Account Operations
• Ensure the accounting policies and internal control procedures are duly met.
• Finalization of accounts followed by consolidation and produce financial reports to the executive management.
• Finalization of MIS and drafting key parameters like KPIs, SWOT analysis.
• Draft write-ups on financial statements powered by ratios analysis, which provides insight into the company’s performance
• Liaise with external auditors during statutory audits to ensure successful completion of audits.
• Prepare cash flow analysis and manage cash flows, recommend liquidity improvements, and eliminate bottlenecks from aging of receivables & payables.
• Coordinate with banks for arranging finance / LC’s to optimize utilization of facilities and smoothen any bottlenecks.
• Liaise with ministries for statutory reporting, addressing the related queries, and ensuring legalization matters.
• Perform sensitivity analysis to determine the improvement factors.
• Manage the feasibility reports for new business proposals if any.
• Provide recommendations to senior management on both short-term and long-term strategic business plans and implementation of new initiatives
Achievements:
• Petrolink Holding Company - Designed and presented a report on ratio analysis, which proved critical for business improvements. Also, created effective fund management plans at Petrolink to utilize idle funds, and managed the short-term assets by introducing short-term investment plans.
