• Financial reports reported to the General Manager (Income statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet and business plan (full budget for the next year)).
• Manage accounts payables, accounts receivables, fixed assets, banks reconciliation, general ledger, payroll, inventory accounting, TPA module and tax functions and ensure up-to-date accounting record are maintained and all activities are efficient and month-end adjustments.
• Accounts Receivables Ageing Reports, Accounts Payables Ageing Reports as requested by the Management and provide timely feedback on them.
• Provide day-to-day direction and work with team members.
• Monitor petty cash and ensure that it is being processed according to policies and procedures.
• Bank Follow Up.
• Follow up medical claims (collection & payment).
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies on tax related matters and coordinate payment of installments across all tax jurisdictions.

Financial reports to the management (Income statement, Cash Flow Statement, Cash Budget and Balance Sheet).
• Follow-up the Flow of the accounting procedures.
• Closing and adjustment of accounts monthly.
• Audit all the Documents and Vouchers Weekly (Journal Voucher, Payment voucher, Debit and credit Note, Daily Cash report, Checks Issue).
• Full controller & Audit & Prepare the Audited Salary Sheets Up to Final Approval.
• Follow Up Account Payable, Account Receivable, and Prepayment, Accrued. And Payroll.
• Work with External Auditors and prepare the Report to them.
• Follow up payments and closing of L/G's & L/C's.


• Bank Follow Up. • Revising all the reports from my accounting Team (Purchases voucher report/Daily, depreciation/monthly, Production Jobs/Monthly, Bank Reconciliation/Monthly and any other report required from the accounting staff).
• Preparing the Sales/income Tax Application with our consultant and Following with tax jurisdictions.
• Check & Follow Up With the daily Attendance Records.
• Prepare & Check the Salary Sheet & Arrange the Payroll Payment.
• Preparing the daily journal vouchers, Payment Voucher and Checks.
• Audit The Purchasing Invoices & Follow Up Outstanding Cases.
• Handling the cost accounting & entry the Jobs order Production (receipt product & issue materials vouchers) & distributing the over head (monthly).
• Bank, A/R & A/P Reconciliation.
• Issue Debit/Credit Note & Sales Invoices.
• Prepare & record depreciation & prepaid expenses entry/monthly.
• Prepare a monthly collection report
