1.Facilitate the definition of project scope, charter, goals and deliverables
2. Identifying and managing internal and external project stakeholders
3. Take the lead in creating project milestones plan, quality plan, risk management plan, procurements plan and logistic plan
4. Monitor and control project procurement activity, serial deliveries, and customer communication
5. Project quality management QA & QC in accordance to the project quality standards, and regular PDCA review with customer
6. Manage project budget and overall project costing in order to reach profit target
7. Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule
8. Insuring the project payments up-to-date for serial deliveries and JIT deliveries invoicing
9. Insuring all materials are available for production and dealing with main project sup-suppliers
10. Interpreting clients requirements to engineering changes ECR, identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems and ensuring solutions are implemented
11. Ensuring all justifications for contractual variations during projects are maintained to support subsequent commercial claims
12. Monthly project review meeting with management
13. Managing third party company (warehouse), the provider of JIT service platform in France
14. Efficiency management and Continuous improvement activities to enhance the project progress, through 5S theory and Kaizen lean methods
