Sales Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities and duets :
1. Collect and process daily sales figures, sales and collection reports in order generate a daily report of all sales activities.
2. Prepare quotations and process customer orders Process administrative duties as well as preparing reports regarding sales to ensure smooth sales operations.
3. Processing Letter of Credits and send it to customers while liaising with Finance.
4. Respond to walk-in customer orders or requisition regarding products.
