Analyzes business operations to project future revenues and expenses.
•Expertise in ORACLE for the all the modules such as Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Purchasing Module and Inventory Modules
• Performs statistical analyses to determine trends, estimates and significant financial shifts/changes.
•Reviews, investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
•Prepares ad hoc reports as requested.
•Generates Monthly Invoices, Collecting payments from the clients and maintaining the debt reports for upper management.
•Prepares Requisition, Purchase Orders and GRN for Tracking Devices and other Bus modification item.
•Maintains all the MIS related to Contracts Details, Vehicles, Drivers, Purchases and Traffic Fines.
Monitoring incoming /outgoing swift messages through HotScan application for possible name matching with negative individuals /entities.
•Compliance of UN sanctions /Government instructions regarding freezing of accounts of negative individuals /entities.
•Electronic reporting of CTRs to FMU.
•Provide AML clearance on opening of account of NGOs/NPOs & Charities.
•Monitoring account opening through HotScan BFA application for possible name matching with negative individuals /entities.
•Feedback on AML/CFT questionnaires received from Correspondent Banks.
