• Reporting summary of inpatients and IP leads business to CEO on daily basis.
• Providing evidence and reports of KPIs to head of RCM on a monthly basis.
• Assisting and supporting to head of operations for all operational areas.
• Creating estimated cost and packages of all surgeries and procedures for cash patients.
• Driving best practice standards and processes across the business.
• Coordinating with the operating room team who are booked for surgeries in-house and visiting doctors. • Taking full responsibility for the day to day running of admission and emergency room.
• Creating and coordinating work schedules and distribution of job responsibilities among ER and admissions staff, conducting weekly meetings with front desk staff for all updates.
• Monitoring and managing day-to-day activities of admissions staff, ER receptionists.
• Daily file audits and following up to make sure bills are paid in full and insurance approvals are fully approved.
• Monitoring that patients are admitted in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Managing bed availability and occupancy to maximize bed occupancy and patient traffic according to hospital and guidelines.
• Dealing with most of insurance companies as E-claims online, E-mails, Fax and Telephone. Also submitting that the correct CPT, Packages, or ICD-9, codes are used as per agreements and conditions.
• Dealing with embassies, ministries, companies and organizations for their members’ coverage as GOP letters.
• Accepting new responsibilities as and when needed.
