• Overseeing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, managing contracts, GOSI registration, medical insurance,
system access, and employee exits (clearance, settlement), ensuring full compliance and a positive employee experience.
• Managing payroll and benefits administration, validating attendance, deductions, and allowances, coordinating with Finance
to resolve discrepancies, and medical insurance enrollment and cancellations to ensure timely payroll.
• Administering all employee leave types (annual, sick, maternity, and public holidays) in compliance with Saudi Labor Law,
ensuring accurate tracking, approval, and documentation, coordinating with managers to balance business needs.
• Supporting process improvements, cost control, and productivity initiatives, contributing to more efficient HR operations,
reduced operational costs, and enhanced overall organizational performance.
• Delegating tasks effectively, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, and training staff on HR systems,
policies, and procedures to achieve higher productivity and team growth.
• Developing and maintaining HR reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel identify process gaps, recommend and
implement improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and accuracy, and support internal and external audits.
