Holding operation,
ensuring achievements of sales, Technical support and training for both existing and new technicians, customer care department and following all customer comments and claims, development in products and adding new services to the company beside branches expansion

- Following each employee and estimate the efficiency & productivity regarding to each department supervisor weekly reports.
- Responsible for duty distribution and explanation.
- Preparing new events
- Preparing locations & ceremonies and trophies.
- Responsible for workshop budget & development.
- Training of the new & existing staff.
- In charge for workshop tools & special tools.
- Ensure the department operates to the highest possible standards
- Front line & workshop staff training.
- Ensure customers are received courteously and efficiently
- Work to constantly improve the quality of customer service
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and resolve complaints sensitively
- Ensure essential Mitsubishi courses are attended and the correct records maintained.
- Ensure adequate staffing to achieve departmental objectives
- Ensure correct maintenance of tools, equipment, and other materials in the service department.
- Ensure correct understanding and departmental usage of computerised systems.
- Monitor workshop productivity and the effective use of labour
- Monitor first time fix rates and take any necessary actions to improve them
- Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.
- Maintain contact with Mitsubishi, suppliers, and statutory representatives.
- Monitor warranty claim submissions and credit account applications and take appropriate action.
- Operate at all times within company policy and follow Mitsubishi operating standards.
