Responsible for the integrity of financial information and systems for the company. Coordinating on recruiting and training the staff for the administrative infrastructure and revenue growth. Responsibilities included budgeting, financial planning and all general accounting functions and costing.
•Ensure the accuracy of by title, distribution revenues and contract costs through the review and approval of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis
. Provide accounting guidance to the business as it pertains to Distribution contracts including revenue recognition for complex deals and contract costs
. Provide analysis on monthly and quarterly results as compared to budget and forecasts to the Executive team and Shareholders
. Review monthly financial schedules such as unbilled receivables, deferred revenues, prepaid distribution rights and other accruals
. Revenue and amortization calculation and schedules
. Manage in preparing materials for external and internal audits
. Actively involved in ensuring compliance with internal and external controls.
. Work closely with receivables team to ensure accuracy of distribution receipts and provide support for intercompany transactions where necessary
. Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results
. Review and summarize financial results against prior plan including identifying major financial drivers, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
. Streamline processes to achieve objectives within tight deadlines
. Support Director with financial reporting requests from shareholders, audit
.Finalizing VAT Returns and Zakat submission.
