• Follow up the softscape & irrigation activities on site such as (irrigation, pruning, cutting, cultivation, fertilizers, pesticides,
weeding & cleaning).
Nora Bint Abdulrahman University (PNBAU) - O&M contact, Saudi Arabia, duties:
• Attend meetings such as department weekly meeting, coordination meeting with other departments and inspection meetings
being held with the supervision consultant.
• Monitor and ensure that all materials being delivered to the site store are in compliant to the purchased order and to the project
specifications through submitting relevant inspection requests on MAXIMO system.
• Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools and etc. required for
all landscaping, Mechanical and Plumbing related works prior to execution and installation.
• Monitor & Prepared irrigation program depending on weather station & central control System (RAINBIRD).
• Apply the MAXIMO system on landscaping & irrigation department.
